If there is a demand, there will be a supply. It's that simple. No wall, no nothing will stop that demand from being met. The supply will come in through one of the 8,800 miles around the US border or by air. Either way there is too much money to be made. I recall reading a report that said the cartels could have 90% of their shipments intercepted and still make a profit.
