for a generation with the anti-immigrant Prop 187. Thank you, Pete! You may have won the battle (getting yourself elected), but you lost the war. Arnold got in for eight years but he was widely considered a Republican you can kinda live with. But the state legislature is OURS. And GOP will be fighting an uphill battle in California for a LONG time, especially with the demographics changing.
