First, I doubt there is any way a person can go 10 years without washing their hands and eating on a daily basis. You do not have to wash your hands every five second, but at some point you are likely to do something that causes your hands to get dirty to the point where you have to clean them in order to be able to eat. For what he said to be true, in the last 10 years this man has not worked on his car, cleaned his home, or yard, ate any greasy or messy/liquid based food(s).

Second, I doubt a person, man or woman, can go 10 years without washing their hands and have hands that look that clean. That man's hands are too clean for someone who does not wash their hands. Just through regular living (doing things not considered dirty work) your hands will get dirty and will need to be washed just to look clean and presentable.

The only thing he can claim is that his hands get clean during his shower/bath process, but he does not consider that cleaning his hands. Therefore, he does not wash his hands and has not washed his hands in 10 years.

I think this just said that to get a rise out of the FOX News viewers. He and the other FOX News hosts probably believe/know that the FOX News viewers will believe everything that is said by the hosts. The hosts probably think saying things like they have not washed their hands in 10 years gives them credibility with their viewers.
