The brother of my GF's jilted fiancee blew his brains out in the men's room of the department store owned by my GF's BIL in 1907. Name of the store: A New Idea.

When my GF opened his own store 15 years later, he named it A New Idea. Not recognizing the bad reputation of the former "New Idea", he went ahead and was a miserable failure in clothing retail.
