is if while he was having his picture taken another hunter saw the goat and took his shot hitting the wrong target or right target depending on your point of view. I live in a rural area of Eastern NC and about half of the people I know hunt deer and bear, both for food. The problem we have is that too many city folk are moving here. They don't hunt, but too many houses are taking too much of the animals land away from them. Problem solved, nor if we could just hunt them.
