Florida's Prisoners Are Getting Screwed Out of $11 Million of Music They Purchased

7. My Son is in Santa Rosa.

He just got his tablet. He didn't lose much music and he likes the tablet since he can email me from his cell. His problem is we paid in November for what he needs. His packages arrived in the middle of November. I keep calling them to find out when he will get his packages. They said that they have search all packages. This just started. The company they were using checked the packages before shipping and the prison never had to search them. Another problem is that we send the latest phone bill to them so he can call our number. Every couple of months their computer kicks it out and we have to start all over again. They used to have a good computer program that let me see everything. Now I can't. I can send him money every month, but I never know how much is in his account. Two more long years to go. I pity any prisoner who does not have someone on the outside willing to help them.
