4. I doubt Trump will pardon him as Trump needs scapegoats to take all the blame

Despite all Trump's tweets praising Manafort and others staying strong, I wouldn't be surprised if none of them get pardons except Don Jr and Kushner, unless Putin demands pardons or after the 2020 election as Trump is leaving office since otherwise it looks too bad as far as obstruction.

Trump and the kids need scapegoats to blame for the their collusion and Russian contacts. Manafort is the perfect one to lay blame on since Mueller proved he took and money laundered Russian money, met with Russians and gave them polling data to collude and was at the Trump Tower meeting and had decades of political experience while Trump and kids can claim they didn't know what was going on.

Also Roger Stone won't get a pardon since he is going to be another major scapegoat for the Wikileaks collusion and of course Cohen is already set up to blame for the hush money and Trump Tower Moscow.
