I felt no personal need to watch it-in my lifetime I've seen enough physical trauma, however most people have not. Call it ultra-violent call it a snuff video or death porn but one descriptor remains-that film was the truth and the truth can in fact set people free. Free of movie death syndrome where the dying get to say their last word, free of media heroes who talk dismissively of "flesh wounds" free of the victims falling painlessly dead with a look of peace on their faces. This was the real thing, all of it, hair, teeth , and asshole. A few sick puppies will in fact get off on it but a far greater body will learn a truth way too often ignored. YMMV
