read my response above. Her use of you, was all encompassing, not specifically @ NYC laws.

FYI, she is the widow of a 15 year Marine Corps Veteran, who was with Dad through 11 of those 15 and Dad was a Chosin Reservoir combatant and veteran. (that has nothing to do with the post, just wanted to bond).
