10. Yes, the signs were a hoot at both rallies.

I just wish the kids had the opportunity to see all,the civil rights leaders, the union leaders, etc.

You missed a wonderful historic event. Bright blue skies. Shirt sleeve temps. Sadly the mall grass was saturated in several area so crowd pics were deceptive. Most were on dry ground hidden under the mall trees. I wondered ifmthat had been intentional.

There were rented buses that stalled outside city limits, some that just never functioned at leaving many stranded or not able to attend. In short sabotaged. Nonetheless, it was still an awesome gatherimg of very diverse group of nice, well-meaning people.

The park rangers were a bit terse as well. One female officer on horsback scare me!

Good for you attending with your daughter! Perfect.
