First, Barr did Trump no favor in the sense of his deciding against obstruction charges, because he made clear that a president CAN be indicted. I'm sure Trump's personal legal team is less than pleased with that, considering what the SDNY has already said about Individual 1. (And, again, federal judges are indicted, at least one of whom was incarcerated, before impeachment was begun in recent times.)
