(37,648 posts)42. This is so true. Many don't know how to use a computer.
Some don't have the money to spare for the extra gas to go use a computer at the library. If they are working, they may not have the time to take public transportation to go to the library. It's very complicated to do these things, when you're at the bottom of the barrel and don't have access to the things that most take for granted.
