5. I've been convinced of that ever since Diebold claimed proprietary rights to their voting software.

They couldn't have made a bolder statement admitting that there could be compromised voting results with their machines. And it's not just them now. The way I see it, no private company should be able hold our voting process hostage. They need to be audited but, whenever it's brought up with most any politician or pundit they never want to even speculate that our voting process could be or is compromised. If we had a functioning justice system and MSM this would've been done years ago.
