and the Constitution, then a gigantic door gets opened up for a future democratic President. That President could issue an Executive Order, say, that gives a $1,000 per year tax cut to anyone making less that $75,000 per year, a $700 per year cut to people making $76,000-$200,000 , while raising taxes on anyone making more that $1 million per year with the tax rate applied to all types of income and progressively increasing with wealth up to 45%. I believe the changes would be enormously beneficial for the country, and since the Supreme Court and republicans had rolled over for Trump, they could not stop the EO from going into effect.
