The Democrats will have a Congressional record of the Republicans supporting Trump's actions.

I expect 2020 legisltive session to be busy with the House Democrats proposing all sorts of bills such as Medicare for All, voting rights addressing suppression, free college... Just to get Republican positions on record for the campaign.
