to create chaos in our democracy. The basic, real problem is Russia, not trump.

trump is Russia's 'bait'.

barr is trump's 'bait'. [Rachel made a big point at end of her show, that barr knows that he will be the target for his Mueller report lies, - and that trump would benefit from barr taking some of the heat off of trump. Rachel then asked, again, why is barr doing this?].
