But I think it is analogous to any legal process -- you need to show that you tried all possible means to get what you are entitled to before you resort to strong legal action.

Issuing a subpoena before he saw what Barr was going to give him would be like filing a suit over a dispute before you received the response to a request you made to resolve it. Any legal action I've been involved in has worked that way.

Nadler, along with the rest of us, has received his response, and it has been confirmed that Barr is the scumbag he has always been.

Now is the time to subpoena every one of these fuckers.
