Wouldn't he have done this again and again just like Reagan if Mueller had subpoenaed him and waited weeks or months before he finally showed up? Waste of time.

"I can't remember."
"Fifth Amendment."
"It doesn't ring any bells."
"My memory fails me on this."
"No recollection."
