You say, "We are going to be reasonable. You release the full report, by the day we agreed on. If you don't then we subpoena Mueller."

Then you wait for them to fuck up. You point out publicly that they didn't hold up their part of the deal, so you are completely justified in carrying out the consequence.

Who take someone seriously who moved the goalposts? If someone said, If you pay the money you owe by Friday, I won't report it to the credit bureau - then on Wednesday, they reported you to the credit bureau, what do you have to gain by paying them back at all?
