We've got one of these type shithead terrorizing one of the young women in my family. Early on the relationship he poked holes in the condoms so he could force her continue some sort of relationship with him through his parental rights. When that didn't work he resorted to violence, then stalking and eventually kidnapping. The fucker is in jail now and still figuring out ways to terrorize her.

I am not a death penalty advocate, but realistically, these type of fucks are only stopped by their deaths.
