The Trump complaint against the Oversight Committee subpoena was brought in the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Of the 14 judges on that court, only 3 are Trump appointees while 9 (including the Chief Judge) are Obama appointees and two more are Clinton appointees.

And the Court of Appeals (which might well be bypassed in this situation) has 11 judges, only two of which are Trump appointees.
