executive privilege does not apply as it has already been waived. There is precident fot these issues, which the white house will lose in court. In most of the cases when a contempt of congress was voted on, the records were eventually turned over. The problem is, that the citations expire at the end of every congress, so it would have to start all over again if they drag it out that long unless they can get the court to expedite these.
