Reagan and Iran-Contra, Nixon, hell the Dulles brothers in Ike's administration caused so much destruction around the world - all to benefit their Wall Street benefactors - with illegal enterprises all over the place.

You are right, a RICO case could be made if we had a true criminal justice system.
