40. I think it is unfair to blame every teacher, parent, and other influential person in your life

as trying to set us up to be controlled. At the top levels of politics and industry (the "military industrial complex&quot , I am sure that you are absolutely right. But many of the people who are teaching us these values are teaching the values that they, themselves, truly embrace, and they that hope we will grow up to be the types of persons who exemplify these values.

They are giving us a foundation. They know that life will unavoidably alter our thinking.

If these people, the ones who truly care about us, taught us from day one how to be manipulative, deceitful, greedy, false, power-hungry, self-serving, lawless, self-aggrandizing, and totally lacking in empathy and morality, and we started OUT that way, where would we be by the time we reached adulthood?

We would be an entire race of Trumps.
