non-union southern states from highly unionized east and midwest? I worked 37 years
in Chicago, and the number of shuttered down plants was astounding and depressing.
Why do you think union membership has decreased steadily in the private sector?
If someone has the valid answers to above, that could explain how Reagan got men and women
to vote against their interests.
