And she is right. He is perpetuating a cover-up. A massive one that the Republicans are aiding and abetting. When they went after Clinton, he had a number of conservative Dems who remained mum and stayed on the sidelines, not taking sides. The Republicans, on the other hand, are fully on board with Trump's cover-up and legislatively doing what they can to help protect him.
