13. Yes, Speaker Pelosi is smarter than President Donald Trump.

Her plan is going to work.
Waiting for a while worked.
Trump going off like this is part of the plan.
Pelosi is not new to the "Game of Politics" ..but Donald Trump is new and stupid in that game.

Further, Donald Trump thinks he is very smart in the game of politics, which makes him even stupider in that game. Stupider because he always acts on his own impulses, and doesn't often seek advise from those who have lots of experience in the game of "politics."

As we watch the show, it seems clear that Donald Trump has been beaten by a ..."Democratic Woman". (something I do not think he likes)
