if a democrat is elected and sworn in on january 20, 2021, then that's who the president is, no matter what tantrum donald fraud throws or how much he pouts.

if he convinces the supreme court and/or the armed forces otherwise, then it's not him "refusing to relinquish power"; rather, it's a straight up coup.
