As introduced at trial, Gibson's (which apparently has a policy of prosecuting all shoplifters) had 40 shoplifters in a five year period of which 32 were white, 6 black and 2 Asians.

That's not calling the cops predominantly on people of color that's calling the cops predominantly on white people.

Funny how Oberlin College's lawyers fought bitterly to keep that little factoid out of evidence.
