36. "Voting System" DOES NOT MEAN voting machines...

There is NO HARD EVIDENCE that votes were flipped (and if they were, no explanation as to why they weren't flipped in 2018) and NOBODY involved in the 2016 election (candidates, campaign staff, Party Chairs) say they were.
