Also a Megan’s Law of sorts that requires bad cops convicted of crimes to be subject to the same things sexual offenders are. Along with any judges or prosecutors that cover for them. Such as having neighbors notified of their presence, restrictions on where they can live or where they can go (schools, libraries, etc). Make punishment for bad cops so god awful they’ll think twice about committing crimes.
