Impeaching with referral to the Senate for a failed trial can give us less than nothing: tRump would crow about it endlessly like he is with Mueller, and just as fakely but it would swing some voters.
No impeachment seems weak and not exercising oversight.

Open the impeachment investigations, otherwise Dems look weak and ineffective. Period.
