Then why were they not passed during his first 2 years in office?
He is constantly telling us how great his administration is and how much he got done.
The wall? Told us numerous times Mexico would pay for it.
So this failure is all on Trump and Republicans. They didn't have 6 months to get what they wanted, they had 2 years.
They failed.
