I moved from the North and just could not take the long winters, snow shoveling, and cold temps. Plus, Austin is a great city to live in. I still have hopes that Texas will turn blue. Most of the major cities (all except El Paso) have turned blue. The 2020 election may not be the turning point unless we can get lots more Democrats registered and then get them to actually vote. Fingers crossed.
