I was in Europe in the spring, and I really didnt find temperature to be that challenging at all.
After a week, I found myself knowing what 10, 11, or whatever was.
That being said, I see no reason for the US to have to change. We tried that years ago - it didnt take.

I did (as has any other medically-trained person) decades ago... I hate the "mixed" system...
