Here is my response to you (again):
I blame Mueller because of his:
1) Refusal to go beyond his report
2) Refusal to explain his report in plain language
3) Refusal to even READ his report
4) I can't blame him for being past his prime, but he looks dazed and confused, and not at all in command of his material
