I understand what you are saying and the constant regurgitation does get weary for those who keep the news on all day. Most people don't pay close attention and may only watch after dinner for a half hour. So there is good reason to repeat during the day. I am more frustrated with the constant punditry that masquerades as news. The tag teams that tell us what we should be thinking on all the cable networks are IMO an abomination.
