5. Now that's a zero tolerance policy I can get behind

Federal, state, and local charges. Hate crimes. Whatever it takes to get these vile creatures off the street.

Comprehensive investigation of the suspects and, inevitably, their networks of family and fellow travelers IRL and online.

Massive reporting of their inspiration for their violence - trump.
