6. "Viva Las Vegas" was his last "big budget" movie

It was filmed on location in Vegas and went over budget and took longer to film than anticipated. "The Colonel" intervened in Elvis' movie contract after that and stipulated that all movies must be filmed in two weeks. Thats why the quality goes way down in later films.

However, it's easy to see the connection that Elvis and Ann-margret had when you watch that film. They truly loved each other.
