In the other, it was directed at those who were from a certain region and had a certain dialect, and were Trumpublicans who seemed to be unable to comprehend words and phrases, spell them, or use correct punctuation.
Trumpublicans are everywhere. As are democrats. So ncluding region and dialect as part of what you were making fun of isn't necessary for it to be funny, and can be divisive, and that is true for ANY region or dialect.
And you can call it region and dialect, but let's be real in our terminology and call it what it really is in everyday terms. I'll say it: We don't make fun of people's accents or where they're from, and we don't connect those factors to their ignorance, or at least we shouldn't. We're Democrats, and we're supposed to be better than that. We have plenty of ammo without it, and we don't need to stoop to that level.
That's just my opinion. YMMV.
