more succinct with a boom boom boom itemization summary. Or we could have done that. But despite all that, maybe he gave us everything he could at that moment? Given obstruction. Mark it down in history as one of those things that you would pick for knowing the whole truth about. For some people (like him)...chain of command trump's everything else. Damn chain of command!
