Federal crimes are very likely to be pardoned by Pence the moment Trump leaves office, a la Ford, if not before since Trump thinks he can pardon himself and I'm not sure the majority of the current SCOTUS would disagree.

I think it is highly likely Trump will be indicted, prosecuted, and jailed once he is out of office.

No. Any jury will have at least one white winger to hang it, at least for political crimes.
