Now I am outraged by that. Talk about a loss of professional decorum. Maybe if it was some scared kid in family court, but an adult defendant who thought her property rights (entering "her" apartment) knowing that someone was in there with the intention of shooting whoever was there.

The Castle Doctrine needs some work in Texas.

Not to mention she is an idiot because it wasn't even her castle.
