Who could the House get who has the authority to arrest anyone in the country? The FBI? If the House can't get someone arrested for ignoring their subpoena, it's going to be a constitutional crisis like we haven't had since the Civil War. God, how I wish Trump would drop dead from a painful natural cause. He has brought us to this point and makes at worse every day he continues to be above the ground.
