...he's seizing the opportunity to further the mission of undermining government and democratic institutions.

As I wrote not too long ago, Barr and others are using Trump as the diseased carrier pigeon that he is. They're taking advantage of a narcissist with strong appeal to the tens of millions of racist, sexist, xenophobic ignoramuses.
