and I tell them this is a small sample and if they call again, I will blow their eardrums out. That usually stops them.

Just don't ever answer the phone, ever! It works for us and we don't get literally any calls...

I wait until someone speaks, walk to the bathroom, hold the phone up to the toilet and flush.

I answer the phone, say hello and then park the phone on mute, while they say, Hello? Hello? Hello?
