2. One can be impeached multiple times for different things. I wonder why they only settled...

on two charges this particular time around (impeachment number 1). Perhaps Nancy P., in her infinite wisdom, might do more (impeachment(s), etc.).

I also wonder if the president loses any powers when he's been impeached? I don't think so (other than having the dubious distinction of being the 3rd only president (so called) to be impeached.)
