they are just grammatically inept.

I actually thInk it's not just that they are trying to be insulting. Some just don't want to use the word Democratic as an adjective becsuse it sounds like the lower case form of the adjective and they want to portray us as anti democracy.

But others genuinely are dumb enough not to get the difference between the upper case adjective and the lower case one.
