4. If the NFL was smart.....

They would work a deal with the Chargers to move back to SD. Building a stadium at their own damn costs of course.

Then they use a similar concept of games being played in London/Mexico City. Play about a half dozen a year. So you rotate teams like Detroit, Minnesota, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Buffalo, etc. Teams with more population of ex residents in SoCal, cold weather cities.

Result:

1. Warm weather game for fans
2. SoCal fan base of your team has opportunity to attend 'Home' game almost every year.
3. NFL could actually work a deal with San Diego to get some cost concessions if they actually worked together with the city.
4. NFL could have a stadium that could be used every for or five years for the Super Bowl.
