17. It was raining off and on all morning too.

I'm in Wellington but how different could the weather be 10 miles away, esp in winter? He wouldn't want to get wet, his hair would collapse or he might just turn green and melt like his crush the wicked witch. But by 1 the clouds were gone and clear skies all afternoon and the low 55 tonite, nice!
